Refund Policy
At American Drivers Ed, we strive to provide a high-quality online learning experience. Because our courses are digital products and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under certain circumstances, including:

Duplicate purchases

Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved

Accidental purchases requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no course progress has been made
Once a student has accessed the course, completed any portion of the program, or received educational materials or certificates, refunds will generally not be issued.
If you experience a technical issue or believe you may qualify for a refund, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We are happy to work with students to resolve access or account-related issues whenever possible before considering a refund.
